Magic in the World
There is magic in this majestic world. From the deepest valleys to the highest mountain tops. We feel it through our bodies, in our minds, and everywhere around. Our environment impacts us more than anything else. Have you noticed the similarities between people from the same places ? Have you noticed the human need for nature? When I step outside I feel it through my body. I suddenly feel lighter and a smile wipes across my face. My skin, my brain, my heart, and my soul needs the sun. I need the trees and the oxygen they provide. The snow and the water from the mountain tops. The salt from the ocean and the misteriosity of the sky. I need my feet to touch soil and my body to be immersed in the sea. I need to listen to the sounds and messages within nature. Once we can disconnect is when we can connect. Is when we can receive downloads from the universe. Only then can we feel present and free. Only then can we understand the divine and see the undivine. The universe holds deep secrets. The trees whisper tunes of freedom and the birds sing songs of joy. Beyond the earth exists the divine infinite universe. Looking up at the stars, I am curious as to what could possibly be up there. I may never know what it is but I do know that life exists. I challenge you to close your eyes, inhale the scent of what surrounds you. Tilt your head back and look up to the sky to ponder what could be beyond you. Exhale and feel the ground beneath you and remember that you are here now. Sitting on this planet. ALIVE. Inhale and feel the energy flow through your body and exhale allowing it to once again enter the ground where it originated. Gain appreciation for your surroundings and remember all this planet has given to you. Remember that when you feel as if no one sees you, that she sees you. She nourishes you with watermelon and berries in the summer and grows the vegetables you make soups with in the winter. She hears you. She protects you. She loves you. We must reciprocate the feelings of warmth she has. We must shower her in love for one day she may not be able to provide snow to the mountain tops that we glide down. The trees that support our earth, providing oxygen, may no longer grow. It is our turn. We must show our Mother Earth our appreciation and gratitude for only then will she have the ability to keep looking out for our best interest.
